| The results indicated that while professional staging cost between $403 and $584, it added $1,938 to $2,431 to the final sale price of a house. Ninety-one percent of the agents surveyed recommended professional staging as a marketing tool.* |

| You probably have told your client about the need to make their home presentable for sale. Perhaps they have been slow to respond. This is where I can help you. The staging that I do involves arranging the homeowner’s furniture and accessories to make it attractive to the widest possible audience. I work with the homeowner to declutter and to depersonalize their home. My job is to bring out the personality of the home, not the homeowner. This may involve removing some furniture and personal belongings to be put in storage or stacked neatly in boxes in the garage. Homeowners and realtors may wish to split the cost of the staging. My service frees you up to focus on finding buyers.

an additional fee I can arrange for the rental of these items. Vacant homes can be staged with rental accessories only or with rental
furniture and accessories. |
